    • Harmful Content: Any activity involving child exploitation or promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination.

    C. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

    No Guarantee of Legality: It is your responsibility to ensure that using a VPN is legal in your country. We are not responsible for any legal ramifications or fines you incur due to the illegal use of our service or using our service in jurisdictions where VPNs are prohibited or restricted.

    Service “As Is”: The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or be error-free.

    Limitation of Liability: Heisenguard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the service.

    D. Cryptocurrency Payment Disclaimer (Critical)

    Important Rules for Crypto Payments (Disclaimer of Liability)

    Dear User, paying with cryptocurrency requires great care. By choosing this payment method, you agree that you are fully responsible for any mistakes you make, and our site will not be responsible for any losses.

    1. Responsibility for Choosing the Transfer Network (Network Selection):

    • Token and Network: You must send the selected cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) only on the specific transfer network shown on the payment screen (e.g., BSC).

    • Loss and No Responsibility: If you send the crypto on the WRONG network (for example, sending USDT on the TRC20 network to a BSC address), your money will be completely lost and unrecoverable.

    2. Responsibility for Paying the Exact Amount:
