    • Cooperation with Authorities: Although we maintain a No-Logs policy, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement if we receive credible evidence (unrelated to our No-Logs data) of severe criminal activity, particularly if it involves the abuse of our system resources or affects other users.
    • Indemnification: You agree to compensate and defend Heisenguard against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
